How To Create An Apple ID For Your Child
If you want to give your child their own Apple ID, you can create one for them using your own Apple ID.
Creating an Apple ID for your child gives them access to all the same features as your own Apple ID, including iCloud, the App Store, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. It also allows you to manage their activity and purchases, and see what they’re doing on their devices.
Here’s how to create an Apple ID for your child:
-Open the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

-Tap Add a Child.
-Enter your child’s date of birth and tap Next.
-Review the Parent Privacy Disclosure and tap Agree.
-Enter your child’s name and tap Next.
-Choose the method that you want to use to verify your child’s email address or phone number, then tap Next.
-Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your child’s email address or phone number.
-Select whether you want to create an Apple ID for your child using your own email address or create a new iCloud account for them.
-If you choose to create an Apple ID for your child using your own email address, enter your Apple ID and password. If you choose to create a new iCloud account for your child, enter a new email address and password.
-Select the types of content and apps that you want your child to be able to access, then tap Next.
